Our Trattoria Toscana was born from the union of the Cenci family, led today by Sara, the owner, and her entire staff, who welcome you and wish you a good experience.

THE KITCHEN


The kitchen presents typical Tuscan dishes that are flavorful and well prepared, and the choice of fresh raw ingredients is at the forefront. In the various seasons you can enjoy special dishes prepared daily such as: tagliolini with artichokes, orecchiette with wild asparagus and sausage, Ribollita (a specialty of Tuscan cuisine), pappardelle with wild boar, alpine-style veal tenderloin with grilled mushroom on top and much more. The trattoria is renowned throughout the area for the excellence and quality of the meats served.

THE WINES 


At the restaurant you can taste excellent wines. The wine list features a wide selection of d.o.c. Cortona and many wines covering the whole territory.

our LOCAtion


The restaurant has a bright first room with attention to detail and the wine cellar in view. The second small room is more characteristic and intimate. Here you can look around and discover small objects used in the past. Our trattoria is located in a historic building within walking distance of the two main squares.
